Michelin Star executive chef Guillaume Brard joins ME London, bringing his 30+ year extensive experience in the culinary arts.

Brard has trained with acclaimed Master Chefs in France and more recently in London with the likes of Pierre Gagnaire and Michel Bourdain at The Connaught.

He also brings an international culinary background from his time in the United States with the three Michelin star restaurant, Classics.

Chef Guillaume has held many esteemed positions, including most recently Executive Sous-Chef at the Michelin Star Ritz in London.

His dedication to inventive, quality food, impeccable service, with exacting attention to detail are the perfect combination for our lifestyle restaurants and the ME by Meliá brand.






Soraya was inspired by Solomon, when she became a DJ. She describes music as being ‘magical’.

She graduated from London Academy of Sound, where she developed the art of mixing and production and played alongside Radio1 DJ’s.
Soraya began her career as a model then devoted her time to her passion for music.

She travelled to Ibiza where she fell in love with the deep house genre.

Now she specialised in deep house/tech house and also producers her own music. Soraya connects music with emotion and likes to take her audience on a journey of discovering their inner euphoria.

She graduated at London Sound Academy where she developed the art of mixing and production and has played along-side Radio 1 Dj’s, Musicians and Celebrity acts.

Soraya performs internationally and has recently finished a tour around Italy and soon coming up for festivals in London/Ibiza/Italy for summer 2018.
